By creating an account you agree to these terms. PROVISUM provides access to a prediction-market data and analytics tool on a subscription basis.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and one account per person.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime and retain access through the paid period. Trials convert to the free tier, not a paid plan, unless you subscribe.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute PROVISUM data, attempt to circumvent access tiers, or use the service unlawfully.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROVISUM is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from use of the service. See our Disclaimer.
