Data accuracy

All market data is retrieved from third-party venues (Polymarket, Kalshi, PredictIt, Limitless) on a recurring interval. It may be delayed, incomplete, cached, or differ from what those venues display at any given moment, and a venue may be temporarily unavailable. You must independently verify all prices and resolution rules on the venue itself before acting.

No guarantee of profit

Displayed spreads are top-of-book, pre-slippage and pre-tax. An arbitrage only holds if both markets resolve on identical rules, sources and deadlines — similar wording is not identical resolution, and a mismatched pair can lose on both legs. Fees, taxes (winnings are taxable, and on a cross-venue hedge you may owe tax on the winning leg without being able to deduct the losing one), order-book depth, capital lock-up until resolution, withdrawal costs, price movement, counterparty risk, and jurisdictional eligibility can all reduce or erase a displayed edge. Nothing here is a guarantee of profit.
